Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 oz frozen chopped spinach
- vegetable oil for greasing
- 2 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 lb 1 oz chopped cooked turkey
- 17 fl oz ready made spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Thaw spinach and squeeze out any liquid.
- Place 1/3 of spinach in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Add 1/2 ricotta cheese over spinach.
- Add 1/2 turkey and spoon over 1/2 of spaghetti sauce.
- Top with 1/2 mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering process until completed.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
