Classic aperitif: Abbey cocktail

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 dashes Regan's orange bitters No.6
  • 1 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 1 maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Place ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour in all liquid ingredients.
  3. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with cherry and serve immediately.
