Homemade Amaretto freeze cocktail

Ingredients (nutrition)

• 2 1/2 scoops vanilla flavored ice cream
• 1 oz amaretto
• 1 maraschino cherry to garnish

Preparation (instructions)

1. Add ice cream and amaretto in an electronic blender or food processor.
2. Puree until form a smooth blend.
3. Serve in a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
