Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 ice cubes
- 50 ml Cape North Vodka
- 2 mint leaves
- 35 ml Rose Champagne to top
Preparation (instructions)
- Place ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka and mint.
- Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Carefully float champagne on top and serve.
