Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 oz crushed ice
- 1 oz Blue Curacoa
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz light rum
- pineapple juice to top
- 1 orange slice to garnish
- pineapple chunks to garnish
- 1 maraschino cherry to garnish
Preparation (instructions)
- Add ice, blue curacoa, dark rum and light rum in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into an old fashioned glass.
- Top with pineapple juice.
- Garnish with orange slice, pineapple chunks and a cherry speared on a toothpick.
