Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 large bottle dry red wine
- 3 cups tea
- 1 freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lb sugar
- 1 large bottle dark rum
Preparation (instructions)
- In a sauce pan, add in wine, tea, orange juice and lemon juice. Heat it up and do not allow to bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a punch bowl.
- Scoop sugar and rum into a large ladle.
- Ignite the sugar-rum mixture and pour in the punch bowl while still aflame.
- Stir well until the flame extinguish.
- Stir in remaining sugar and rum into the punch.
- Serve the punch into individual white wine glass.
