Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cups tea
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cardamom
- 1 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 peeled and sliced lemon
- 1 peeled and sliced orange
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 bottle sweet white wine
- 1 bottle dry red wine
- 1 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur
Preparation (instructions)
- Simmer tea, sugar, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon under a low heat.
- Add in lemon and orange slices and set aside.
- Just right before serving, add the remaining ingredients and warm it up, ensure no boiling.
- Transfer to a punch bowl and ladle to individual glasses.
- Serve warm.
