Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3/4 cup shaved ice
- 2 oz light rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 1/2 oz light cream
- pineapple chunks to garnish
Preparation (instructions)
- Add all ingredients except garnish in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a Collins glass.
- Garnish with pineapple chunks and serve.
