Lovely Red snapper cocktail

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3 oz tomato juice
  • 2 dashes freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • celery stalk to garnish

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add all ingredients except salt, pepper and celery stalk in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain into a balloon wine glass.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Garnish with celery stalk and serve.
