Refreshing Tom Collins cocktail

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • simple syrup to taste
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3 oz gin
  • soda water to top

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Dilute syrup in lemon juice and pour into a Collins glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and pour in gin.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Stir well and serve immediately.
