Hot Wassail punch cocktail

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 sliced orange
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 1 gallon dry white wine
  • 2 cups dark rum

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add apple cider, lemon, orange, cinnamons, cloves and all spice in a large saucepan and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
  2. Pour into a large punch bowl and pour in wine and rum.
  3. Serve immediately.
