Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cups black tea
- peel of 2 oranges
- 1 cup honey
- 1 large ice block
- 1 qt amber rum
- 1 qt apple brandy
- 1 qt dry red wine
- orange wheels to garnish
- lemon wheels to garnish
Preparation (instructions)
- Add black tea, orange peels in a saucepan and simmer under low heat for 8 minutes.
- Set aside to cool and add honey. Stir until honey completely dissolves.
- Transfer to punch bowl which is filled with ice block.
- Pour in rum, brandy and wine.
- Garnish with orange wheels and lemon wheels.
- Allow to chill before serving.
