Banana lassi recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 9 oz Greek style yogurt
  • 7 oz banana, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 fl oz milk
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or a smoothie maker.
  2. Blend for 2 1/2 minutes and pour lassi into glasses.
  3. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
