Ingredients (nutrition)
- 9 oz Greek style yogurt
- 7 oz banana, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 4 fl oz milk
- 4 teaspoons sugar
Preparation (instructions)
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or a smoothie maker.
- Blend for 2 1/2 minutes and pour lassi into glasses.
- Chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
