Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 bananas
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 oz dark muscovado sugar
- 9 fl oz Greek style yogurt
- 3 teaspoons toasted almond flakes
Preparation (instructions)
- Mashed 3 bananas and slice 1 banana. Set aside.
- Dissolve coffee granules in hot water and stir into mashed bananas.
- Layer banana mixture, sugar and yogurt until completed in 4 serving dessert bowls.
- Chill in refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced bananas and almond flakes before serving.
