Buttermilk sherbet recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 cups buttermilk
  • 1 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • grated zest of 3 lemons

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a bowl, whisk all ingredients and place in an ice cream machine.
  2. Freeze according to manufacturer's instruction.
  3. Serve when sherbet is firm.
