Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/4 cups honey
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- grated zest of 3 lemons
Preparation (instructions)
- In a bowl, whisk all ingredients and place in an ice cream machine.
- Freeze according to manufacturer's instruction.
- Serve when sherbet is firm.
