Cappuccino creams recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 1/4 lb fromage frais
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons ground espresso coffee
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 6 oz grated dark chocolate

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine together fromage frais, coffee and sugar.
  2. Spoon and fill in half full of the serving glasses.
  3. Sprinkle grated dark chocolate and spoon remaining fromage frais mixture.
  4. Top with grated chocolate again and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
