Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/4 lb fromage frais
- 2 1/2 tablespoons ground espresso coffee
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 6 oz grated dark chocolate
Preparation (instructions)
- In a mixing bowl, combine together fromage frais, coffee and sugar.
- Spoon and fill in half full of the serving glasses.
- Sprinkle grated dark chocolate and spoon remaining fromage frais mixture.
- Top with grated chocolate again and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
