Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons powdered gelatin
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 5 fl oz cranberry juice
- 8 fl oz boiling water
- 1 lb pitted cherries
- 8 fl oz low fat Greek style yogurt
- 4 1/2 oz sugar
Preparation (instructions)
- In a bowl, mix egg, gelatin, cold water, cornflour, cranberry juice and boiling water. Set aside.
- Add cherries in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- Add cherry puree, yogurt and sugar in gelatin mixture and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 5 hours and blend another time prior serving.
