Ingredients (nutrition)
- 6 oz dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 3/4 teaspoon coffee essence
- 10 fl oz whipping cream
- 1 egg white
Preparation (instructions)
- Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof glass bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- Allow to cool and stir in brandy and coffee essence. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream until form soft peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk egg white until stiff and fold in chocolate mixture.
- Transfer mixture in tall serving glasses and chill in refrigerator for 3 hours prior serving.
