Chocolate cream pudding recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 oz Demerera sugar
  • 3 oz unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 oz cornflour
  • 1 1/4 pt milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, cornflour, milk and vanilla essence under low heat.
  2. Allow to cool slightly and pour into pudding bowl.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.
