Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 oz Demerera sugar
- 3 oz unsweetened cocoa
- 1 oz cornflour
- 1 1/4 pt milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Preparation (instructions)
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, cornflour, milk and vanilla essence under low heat.
- Allow to cool slightly and pour into pudding bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.
