Chocolate fluff recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 fl oz cream
  • 2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted almond

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a bowl, beat egg whites until form stiff peaks.
  2. Add in sugar and vanilla essence.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cream until firm and fold into egg mixture. Mix well.
  4. Spoon into serving glasses and chill for 2 hours.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate and top with toasted almonds before serving.
