Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 5 fl oz cream
- 2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted almond
Preparation (instructions)
- In a bowl, beat egg whites until form stiff peaks.
- Add in sugar and vanilla essence.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream until firm and fold into egg mixture. Mix well.
- Spoon into serving glasses and chill for 2 hours.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and top with toasted almonds before serving.
