Ingredients (nutrition)
- 16 fl oz vanilla ice cream
- 12 dark chocolate digestive biscuits
- 6 crumbled amaretti biscuits
Preparation (instructions)
- Spread thick ice cream on a non chocolate side of a digestive biscuit and sandwich another digestive biscuit with its chocolate side facing upward.
- Squeeze biscuits and smooth ice cream around the edge.
- Repeat steps until biscuits and ice cream completed.
- Roll biscuit sandwich edge with crumbled amaretti biscuits to coat them.
- Freeze for about 3 hours prior serving.
