Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 oranges
- grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- grated zest and juice of 1 lime
- 3 oz caster sugar
- 10 ft oz water
- 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
Preparation (instructions)
- Grate zest and remove segments of 1 orange and squeeze juice of 2 oranges.
- Place orange segments at the bottom of a 2 pt mould.
- In a saucepan under low heat, add orange zest, lemon zest, lime zest, sugar and water.
- Stir well until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
- Add orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice in the pan.
- Strain liquid and add gelatin.
- Stir until gelatin dissolves.
- Pour mixture in the mould and chill in refrigerator for about 6-8 hours prior serving.
