Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 oz sugar
- 18 fl oz water
- 9 fl oz espresso coffee
Preparation (instructions)
- In a saucepan, dissolve sugar with water under medium heat.
- Bring to boil until sugar caramelized.
- Allow to cool and stir in coffee. Mix well.
- Transfer into a freezer container and freeze until set.
- Place granita in a food processor or blender and give several quick pulses to break into small crystals.
- Serve immediately in serving glasses.
