Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 18 oz mascarpone cheese
- 5 tablespoons creme fraiche
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 6 brandy snap baskets
- 3 oranges, cut into segments
- 4 oz sliced strawberries
Preparation (instructions)
- In a large mixing bowl, add orange zest and cheese.
- Beat until smooth and stir in creme fraiche and honey.
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Spoon creme fraiche mixture in a basket and top with orange segments and sliced strawberries.
- Serve immediately.
