Ingredients (nutrition)
- 11 oz dried apricots or peaches
- 10 fl oz orange juice
- 9 fl oz low fat fromage frais
- 2 egg whites
Preparation (instructions)
- Add dried apricots or peaches in a saucepan with orange juice.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 3 1/4 minutes.
- Puree in an electronic food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in fromage frais and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk egg whites until form soft peaks.
- Stir egg whites in fruit mixture.
- Transfer into serving glasses and chill in a refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
