- 6 oz puff pastry
- 1 oz melted butter
- 1 lb sliced nectarines
- 2 1/2 tablespoons apricot jam
- 2 teaspoons water
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
- Roll out pastry thinly place on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Prick all over with fork and bake for 9 minutes until cooked through.
- Brush some melted butter over the pastry.
- Top sliced nectarines on pastry.
- Spoon remaining butter over the nectarines and grill for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm apricot jam with water and glaze nectarines.
- Chill tart for 1 1/2 hours before serving.
