Glazed nectarine tart recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 6 oz puff pastry
  • 1 oz melted butter
  • 1 lb sliced nectarines
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 2 teaspoons water

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  2. Roll out pastry thinly place on a nonstick baking sheet.
  3. Prick all over with fork and bake for 9 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Brush some melted butter over the pastry.
  5. Top sliced nectarines on pastry.
  6. Spoon remaining butter over the nectarines and grill for 5 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, warm apricot jam with water and glaze nectarines.
  8. Chill tart for 1 1/2 hours before serving.
