Iced cantaloupes recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 cantaloupe
  • some crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Cut cantaloupe into half, remove seeds and pack cavity with crushed ice.
  2. Close the cavities together and allow to chill by itself for 40 minutes.
  3. Remove ice and place cantaloupe on serving plate.
  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve instantly.
