Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 cantaloupe
- some crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Cut cantaloupe into half, remove seeds and pack cavity with crushed ice.
- Close the cavities together and allow to chill by itself for 40 minutes.
- Remove ice and place cantaloupe on serving plate.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar, salt and pepper.
- Serve instantly.
