Jelly vanilla trifle recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 7 oz jellyrolls, cut into slices
  • 5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries slices

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Arrange jellyroll slices at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  2. Make pudding according to package instruction but use milk 1 1/2 cups milk instead of water.
  3. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Place 1 cup strawberries on top of jellyroll, followed by pudding, remaining strawberries and remaining whipped topping.
  5. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 7 hours before serving.
