Ingredients (nutrition)
- 6 eggs
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 4 oz butter
- grated zest and juice of 4 lemons
- 1 1/4 pt Greek-style yogurt
Preparation (instructions)
- In a saucepan, add eggs, sugar, butter, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Cook under low heat with regular stirring until sugar caramelized.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool and stir in yogurt.
- Transfer mixture into freezer container and freeze until set.
- Take out and transfer to refrigerator 15 minutes prior serving.
