Ingredients (nutrition)
- 10 oz sugar
- 1 pt water
- grated zest of 1 lime
- 6 fl oz lime juice
- 1 oz icing sugar
Preparation (instructions)
- Dissolve sugar with water in a saucepan under medium heat.
- Bring to boil for 5 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Mix well lime zest, lime juice, icing sugar with the cooled syrup.
- Transfer in a freezer container and freeze for at least 15 hours prior serving.
