Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/4 oz plain gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup lychee juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation (instructions)
- Combine gelatin and water in a bowl and allow to set for 6 minutes.
- Scald 1/3 cup of milk in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add in gelatin mixture until dissolves completely.
- Stir in sugar, remaining milk, half and half, lychee and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture into an ice cream machine or ice cream maker.
- Process according to manufacturer's user guidelines.
