Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup green tea leaves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 mangoes, cut into cubes
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation (instructions)
- In a saucepan, add water and green tea leaves.
- Bring to boil, remove from heat and set aside for 6 minutes.
- Drain and discard solid.
- Return tea to saucepan and stir in sugar.
- Bring to boil until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Process mango and lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Add in tea mixture and mix well.
- Transfer into a freezer container and freeze for 4 hours.
- Remove from freezer and pulse until smooth.
- Serve instantly.
