Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzel sticks
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 13 oz sweetened condensed milk
- zest of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 cups whipped heavy cream
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons gold tequila
- 2 tablespoons triple sec
- 2 drops green food coloring
- 8 mini pretzels to garnish
- 4 thin lime slices to garnish
Preparation (instructions)
- In a mixing bowl, mix well pretzels, sugar and butter.
- Compress mixture onto a greased pie dish.
- Chill in refrigerator for 50 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix well condensed milk, lime zest, 1 cup whipped cream, lime juice, tequila, triple sec and green food coloring.
- Pour into pie crust and freeze for 4 1/2 hours.
- Garnish with remaining whipped cream, mini pretzels and lime slices.
- Serve immediately.
