Marshmallow ice cream recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 6 oz plain marshmallows
  • 3 oz dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 5 fl oz milk
  • 10 fl oz double cream

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a saucepan, warm marshmallows, chocolates and milk under low heat until marshmallows and chocolates melt.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, whisk cream until thick and fold into marshmallow mixture.
  4. Pour into loaf tin and freeze for 3 hours prior serving.
