Mint orange cup recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 seedless oranges, cut into segments
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sherry

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Pulp orange segments and place in a mixing bowl together with mint, sugar and sherry.
  2. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours and serve in sherbet glasses.
