Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 seedless oranges, cut into segments
- 2 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon sherry
Preparation (instructions)
- Pulp orange segments and place in a mixing bowl together with mint, sugar and sherry.
- Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours and serve in sherbet glasses.
