Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 lb chopped apples
- 4 fl oz unsweetened apple juice
- 3 passion fruit
- 3 egg whites
Preparation (instructions)
- Cook apple chunks and apple juice gently in a saucepan until apple chunks are soften.
- Transfer apple mixture to a bowl and whisk until form a smooth and creamy puree.
- Cut passion fruit into half, remove seeds and pulp into apple puree. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until form soft peaks.
- Stir egg whites into apple mixture.
- Transfer into serving bowls and chill in a refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
