Pineapple wedges with lime recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 pineapple, cut into wedges
  • grated zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon muscovado sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Place pineapple wedges on a serving plate, drizzle lime juice and sprinkle lime zest, sugar and all spice.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours prior serving.
