Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 pineapple, cut into wedges
- grated zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon muscovado sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation (instructions)
- Place pineapple wedges on a serving plate, drizzle lime juice and sprinkle lime zest, sugar and all spice.
- Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours prior serving.
