Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 3 teaspoons powdered gelatin
- 8 oz vanilla yogurt
- 13 oz fromage frais
- 4 egg whites
- 11 oz mashed raspberries
Preparation (instructions)
- In a small bowl, mix hot water and gelatin and allow to set.
- Place gelatin bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- Stir gelatin until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt and fromage frais.
- Mix yogurt mixture with gelatin.
- Meanwhile, beat egg whites using a whisk or hand held electric beater or mixer until form stiff peaks.
- Fold egg whites in gelatin mixture.
- Combine raspberries in the mixture and chill in refrigerator for 4-5 hours prior serving.
