Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 qt large strawberries
- 4 tablespoons brandy
- 4 tablespoons fine sugar
- 1 bottle chilled brut champagne
Preparation (instructions)
- Divide strawberries equally in 4 balloon wine glasses.
- Spoon brandy and fine sugar over the strawberries.
- Chill for 4 hours in refrigerator.
- Pour champagne over strawberries prior serving.
