Strawberries in raspberry & passion fruit sauce recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 12 oz raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 1/2 lb sliced strawberries

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add raspberries and sugar in a saucepan and simmer under low heat for 4-5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cut passion fruit, remove seeds and pulp into raspberry mixture.
  3. Blend in a food processor or a blender until form a smooth and creamy puree.
  4. Sieve through nylon cloth into a bowl.
  5. Stir in strawberries and transfer into serving glasses.
