Ingredients (nutrition)
- 12 oz raspberries
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 passion fruit
- 1 1/2 lb sliced strawberries
Preparation (instructions)
- Add raspberries and sugar in a saucepan and simmer under low heat for 4-5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Cut passion fruit, remove seeds and pulp into raspberry mixture.
- Blend in a food processor or a blender until form a smooth and creamy puree.
- Sieve through nylon cloth into a bowl.
- Stir in strawberries and transfer into serving glasses.
