Ingredients (nutrition)
- 14 oz canned strawberries with syrup
- 16 fl oz low fat Greek style yogurt
- 4 fl oz single cream
Preparation (instructions)
- Process strawberries and syrup in a food processor and blender until form a smooth and creamy puree.
- Add yogurt and cream in the puree and continue to process until evenly blend.
- Transfer mixture in a freezer container and freeze until set.
- Remove from freezer, stir vigorously and return to freezer until set prior serving.
