Strawberry frozen yogurt recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 14 oz canned strawberries with syrup
  • 16 fl oz low fat Greek style yogurt
  • 4 fl oz single cream

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Process strawberries and syrup in a food processor and blender until form a smooth and creamy puree.
  2. Add yogurt and cream in the puree and continue to process until evenly blend.
  3. Transfer mixture in a freezer container and freeze until set.
  4. Remove from freezer, stir vigorously and return to freezer until set prior serving.
