Ingredients (nutrition)
- 7 fl oz double cream
- 4 crumbled digestive biscuits
- 2 oz diced strawberries
- 1 oz grated dark chocolate
Preparation (instructions)
- Grease 2 moulds and line with cling film.
- In a bowl, whisk cream until thick and stir in biscuits, strawberries and chocolate.
- Pour into moulds and refrigerate for 12-15 minutes.
- Invert onto serving plates and garnish with more sliced strawberries if desired.
