Strawberry mousse recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 7 fl oz double cream
  • 4 crumbled digestive biscuits
  • 2 oz diced strawberries
  • 1 oz grated dark chocolate

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Grease 2 moulds and line with cling film.
  2. In a bowl, whisk cream until thick and stir in biscuits, strawberries and chocolate.
  3. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Invert onto serving plates and garnish with more sliced strawberries if desired.
