Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cups crushed thin pretzel sticks
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 6 oz strawberry flavor gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
- In a bowl, mix well pretzels, butter and sugar.
- Compress pretzel mixture on the bottom of a baking pan and bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Allow gelatin mixture to cool and add in strawberries. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, whipped topping and sugar until evenly combined.
- Spread cream mixture over pretzel crust.
- Spread strawberry gelatin over cream cheese mixture.
- Chill in refrigerator for 6-8 hours and cut into pieces before serving.
