Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 oz strawberry jelly crystals
- 3/4 pt boiling water
- 9 oz chopped strawberries
- 1 lb 2oz vanilla ice cream
- 4 oz raspberries
Preparation (instructions)
- In a bowl, combine jelly crystals with boiling water.
- Stir until crystals dissolves and chill in refrigerator until set.
- Add 4 oz strawberries in a food processor or a blender and puree until smooth.
- Layer jelly, ice cream, strawberries, raspberries and strawberry puree in serving parfait glasses.
- Serve at once.
