Ingredients (nutrition)
- 11 oz cottage cheese
- 6 oz low fat Greek style yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water
- 11 oz strawberries
Preparation (instructions)
- In a bowl, add sieved cheese, yogurt, honey and rose water.
- Coarsely chop half the amount of strawberries and stir into cheese mixture.
- Using a sieve with muslin cloth, tip cheese mixture in.
- Allow to drain overnight.
- Invert sieve onto a serving plate and turn out pashka and take away muslin cloth.
