Strawberry rose petal pashka recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 11 oz cottage cheese
  • 6 oz low fat Greek style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water
  • 11 oz strawberries

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a bowl, add sieved cheese, yogurt, honey and rose water.
  2. Coarsely chop half the amount of strawberries and stir into cheese mixture.
  3. Using a sieve with muslin cloth, tip cheese mixture in.
  4. Allow to drain overnight.
  5. Invert sieve onto a serving plate and turn out pashka and take away muslin cloth.
