Ingredients (nutrition)
- 12 oz pink Turkish delight, cut into bite size pieces
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1pt 4 fl oz fresh custard
- 10 fl oz double cream
- 4 tablespoons rose water
Preparation (instructions)
- In a saucepan, combine Turkish delight and water.
- Cook under low heat until mixture melts and add in custard.
- Meanwhile, whip cream until form soft peaks and fold into custard mixture.
- Add rose water and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a loft tin lined with cling film.
- Freeze for 5 hours before serving.
