Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 oz butter
- 9 oz ricotta cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 oz caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- grated zest of 1 orange
- 3 oz mixed dried fruits soaked with warm water
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
- Grease 4 ramekins or small pudding moulds with some butter.
- In a bowl, whisk cheese, egg yolks, sugar, cinnamon and zest.
- Drain dried fruits and combine together in the cheese mixture.
- Transfer mixture into ramekins or moulds.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool and chill in refrigerator for 24 hours prior serving.
