Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 cooking apples
- 1 oz low fat spread
- grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Remove apple cores and cut lines on the skins and place in an ovenproof dish.
- In a bowl, combine together low fat spread, lemon zest, lemon juice and honey.
- Mix well and pour over apples, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 42 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
