Banana chocolate chips souffle recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • melted butter for greasing
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 oz sugar
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  2. Lightly grease 6 ramekins or moulds with some melted butter and place on a baking tray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites with a hand held electric mixer until form soft peaks and slowly beat in sugar until form stiff peaks.
  4. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips in the mixture.
  5. Spoon mixture in ramekins and bake in preheated oven for 14 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
