Ingredients (nutrition)
- melted butter for greasing
- 2 oz low fat spread
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 fl oz white rum
- 4 bananas
- 4 tablespoons creme fraiche
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- Lightly grease a souffle dish with melted butter.
- In a food processor or blender, process low fat spread, sugar, egg yolks, white rum and bananas to form a smooth puree.
- Meanwhile, beat egg whites until form stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
- Transfer into souffle dish and bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve hot with creme fraiche.
